Sony is getting another Chief after it declared that CFO Kenichiro Yoshida will supplant Kazuo Hirai as the leader of the Japanese firm.
The move will happen April 1, with Hirai moving to the part of Executive.
“I have committed myself to changing the organization and improving its gainfulness, and am exceptionally pleased that now, in the third and last year of our current mid-run corporate arrangement, we are hoping to surpass our money related targets,” Hirai said in an announcement.
